About Us
Talking Points is a football blog run from outside Brighton, Sussex, covering the stories circulating on the back-pages, as well as the lesser-known footballing tales. Specialists in non-league football, where we feel the individuals involved are the most genuine and heartfelt, and where our own passion began, our position offers a practical perspective on the tumult of the modern sport. Nonetheless, we are also avid followers of the headline-grabbing articles which inevitably incite debate, and believe that these are often the most thought-provoking in the ever-changing complexities of the game we love.
Our blend of the events which get the photographers snapping and the Twitter loudmouths tapping with the small-time, run-down village clubs makes us unique.
